Oy Kart Ab machine shop was founded in 1960. We work in three mutually supportive industry branches all of which focus on machine building and provision of services that support it. Our services combine modern machine shop competence, decades of experience and mastery of comprehensive deliveries.

Within the framework of operating a custom machine shop we serve important domestic and international customers by manufacturing machines and machine parts primarily for project deliveries or in small series.

Within the environmental technology branch we design and manufacture machines for wastewater treatment and especially for slurry treatment.

Within the concrete transport equipment branch, we design and manufacture machine and equipment solutions for the handling and transport of plant-mixed-concrete for use in heavy-duty transportation stock and the mining industry.

Our production is located in Somero, where we operate in total of roughly 6,000 square meters of production space. We employ some 35 mechanical engineering professionals.
